Lease Exchange is a platform made to create a rental market where everyone has equal opportunity to access the best apartments and take control of their leasing rights. When creating the mark simplicity and modernity were the keys. 

The solution was a modular, geometric symbol reminiscent of building blocks that communicates a feeling of solidity and trust, while still being scalable and simple. Trustworthy colors and legible type were also important, as the visual identity needs to support the mission statement of the brand.

When it comes to renting, especially for first-time renters, clarity is essential for both tenant and landlord. The Lease Exchange platform aims to create a space where this important trust is commonplace, and the first step to that environment is making sure Lease Exchange itself presents as clear and trustworthy.
